With a fully automatic turning centre, CGP now offers you a wider range of 'in house' services than ever before.
The Turning Centre boasts a 12 station tool change, filled with Mitsubishi tooling, giving you exceptional repeatability and extended tool life for efficiently produced, accurate parts.
- Toolmaking
Diameter cavity work, o ring grooves, stripper rings, cores and core-pins are all turned 'in house' at CGP.
We are happy to support other local toolmakers who need parts making. We will understand what you need and will make it happen. Your work would be undertaken in the strictest confidence and completed on the date agreed.
- Short production runs and 'one offs'
With a 'bar puller' facility, your short production run of between one and one hundred parts will be undertaken efficiently and without delay.
